Return/Exchange Policy:

Defective items are to be returned to the manufacturer (MeetingSense) within 30 days of the invoice date.  All other items purchased at MeetingCapture.com may be returned to MeetingCapture.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, pursuant to the terms below:

  • License return policy:  License codes may be returned only if unused. Once a code has been registered to a device, it may not be returned, no exceptions.
  • RMA: Please ensure to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling (888) 785-4395 or by contacting our sales team at sales@MeetingCapture.com before returning your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless the return is a result of our mistake.  If the return is a result of our mistake we will reimburse you for the least expensive shipping method.  Please securely pack items and insure all return shipments. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items unless the return is a result of our mistake.
  • Incomplete Returns: A refund will not be issued for incomplete returns. All items returned must be 100 percent complete. They must contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.  You must also return any promotional/free items you may have received along with your device(s) (exclusion of such items from your return will result in a decrease of the refund amount).
  • Open Box Returns: All returned items that have been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.  Net terms are also available for eligible customers, and may be paid by check.  We also accept wire transfer by request. Delivery of Licenses:

All MeetingSense Software products are delivered Electronically. In order to receive a MeetingSense product, you must have a valid e-mail address in order to receive your licenses. All orders received can take up to 2 to 3 business days to complete. After your credit card has been successfully charged, you will receive an e-mail with your purchased licenses and the steps for downloading your MeetingSense product. Orders placed after 4:15pm (PST) Monday through Thursday will be processed the next day. Orders placed after 4:15pm (PST) on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the following non-holiday business day.

Price Match Policy:

For all MeetingSense branded items sold on our website, we will meet or beat any lower price found on a competitor’s website.  The price must be viewable on the competitor’s website. The item must be in stock for the competitor.  Any promotions or free items bundled with the price-matched item will not be matched.  If we offer a promotional or free item with our product, it will no longer be included if the product is price-matched. In addition, if an item is price-matched, the competitor’s shipping rates must also be matched. Price Matching is only available at the time of purchase.

Promotions:

Promotional items include any free items/gifts you receive with your order.  Promotional items are only available on certain items, where stated.  Promotions may be changed or revoked at any time. Promotional items may be shipped separately from your order via a different carrier and/or different service. Promotional items must be returned if you are returning your order (see return/exchange policy above).

Pricing Errors:

We are not responsible for pricing error on our website. If an order is placed and an item in the order is deemed to have been incorrectly priced, the buyer will be contacted for a price update before the order is processed.
